Fresh wind in the sails, cast off and off into the new world of lake cuisine at the Seeglück Hotel Forelle. With new ideas we start our new culinary concept, with which we want to create special moments of pleasure for our guests and make the "lake happiness" enjoyable. With a clear focus on the best quality and the creativity of our team, we have developed three directions of enjoyment, which revolve around the themes of regionality, seasonality, international influences and vegetarian-vegan enjoyment cuisine.
The Forelle gourmet half-board
Lakeside bliss starts with breakfast: Get your day off to a great start with an extensive, nutrient-packed breakfast buffet, consisting of regional products and homemade delights. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available, as well as a large selection of teas and coffees. Egg dishes are freshly made to order.
In the evening, a 5-course gourmet menu awaits, complete with a salad and cheese buffet. Accompanied by award-winning wines and rounded off by precious brandies, every evening is a culinary adventure.
